Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children? Do you have a knack for working with Reception-aged children and experience working with children on the autistic spectrum and challenging behaviour? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!
This school is seeking an LSA to work with children in a reception class. You will have experience working with children with autism and or with children with challenging behaviour. You will be equipped to handle challenging behaviour. In addition, you will be delivering tailored interventions to best meet the needs of the children. You will craft opportunities for breakthroughs that make a lasting impact and you will manage behaviour in a way that cultivates a harmonious and inclusive classroom environment.

Experience working with primary aged children
Expertise working with autism and or challenging behaviour.
