Location: South Ockendon, Essex
Salary: £85-£110 Per Day
Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Start Date: 22nd April 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils to ensure they are engaged in learning activities.
Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.
Acting as a role model, setting high expectations for conduct and promoting positive pupil behavior.
Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and maintaining pupil-related records.
Assisting with classroom management and lesson support.
Establishing positive relationships with pupils to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Has the ability to support pupils with learning, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Has strong classroom management skills.

Has excellent written skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Can remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook.
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
Holds GCSE or A-Level Maths and English (Grade 4-9 or equivalent).
