Whether you’re looking for stable and consistent work, or looking for flexibility between other work, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Learning Support Assistant, You Will:

🧩 Provide targeted one-to-one or small group support for pupils with Autism, guiding them toward success.
🧠 Assist in delivering personalised learning activities, using tailored strategies and educational tools.
📈 Support the development and implementation of EHCP’S tracking progress along the way.
💛 Use trauma-informed practices to support behaviour positively and effectively.
💡 Champion pupil engagement through the use of educational technology and creative resources.
🏫 Take part in school life, including enrichment activities and school events that build a sense of belonging.
