We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate LSA to join a welcoming primary school in Burnham-on-Crouch. This is an immediate start role, working across EYFS and KS1, supporting students with their learning and development.
Location: Burnham-on-Crouch
Key Stages: EYFS / KS1
Hours: Monday – Friday
Competitive Pay
The Role:
- Provide tailored support to students in early years and key stage 1
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support children with additional needs where required
- Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to ensure pupil progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children (preferably in a school setting)
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
