Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their early years of education? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school on a part-time basis.
Position Details:
Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Year 1 Class
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: Thursday mornings only (08:45 am – 12:30 pm)
Contract: Fixed-term until July 2029
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to Year 1 pupils.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Supporting children with their learning and development as a Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encouraging pupils to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar educational support role (preferred but not essential).
A passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as a Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
