Role: 1:1 Support – Year 1 Child (Autism)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Our specialist education recruitment agency is seeking an experienced LSA to support a Year 1 child with Autism on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming primary school in Harlow.
The Role:
Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child with Autism.
Implementing EHCP targets and supporting emotional and academic development.
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning strategies.
Creating a nurturing and structured environment to enhance the child’s progress.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children with Autism or SEN.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable.
