The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCo to seamlessly integrate tailored support for pupils, particularly those with SEND. In this role, you will not only assist in lesson planning but also actively adapt activities to meet individual learning needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with staff to implement effective interventions, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Additionally, you will play a key role in observing and assessing pupils, using these insights to refine support strategies and enhance their overall educational experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from candidates who:

Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) – Essential
Have a good standard of education (GCSEs A-C in English & Maths or equivalent)
Are experienced in providing classroom support in literacy, numeracy, and behavioural needs
Have strong ICT, organisational, and interpersonal skills
