We are supporting a specialist primary SEMH school with the recruitment of Learning Support Assistants to work across KS2. The school delivers the National Curriculum alongside bespoke emotional and wellbeing support, using a trauma-informed, pupil-centred approach. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing school that values staff development and enrichment learning.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for nurturing, patient individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional emotional needs. Previous experience in education, childcare, or care settings is desirable, but a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to safeguarding are essential.
