Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding role in education? We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant’s (LSA) to join us. We are looking for people who can commit to full-time positions within Maldon on a long-term basis. This could be to cover anything from one-term, up to a whole academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

The Role:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 3:30pm
• Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of children
• Helping children to engage with learning, build confidence, and develop key skills
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to support individual learning plans

What We’re Looking For:

• A patient, positive, and kind individual who enjoys working with children
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with students, teachers, and parents
• A team player who can follow instructions and use initiative when needed
• Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
