Are you a qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher looking for a rewarding weekend role? Our education recruitment agency is proud to partner with a respected swim school in Chelmsford to recruit a passionate and reliable swimming instructor for small group lessons, starting this September.
📍 Location: Chelmsford
🕗 Hours: Saturday mornings, 08:30 AM start (3 to 3.5 hours per session)
📅 Start Date: September 2025
📘 Contract Type: Part-time, ongoing (term-time)
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic swimming teacher to work with small groups of learners in a supportive and well-managed environment. The focus is on delivering engaging and structured lessons that promote water confidence and skill development.
Requirements:
- Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification (essential)
- National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (NRASTC) or an up-to-date lifesaving qualification (essential)
- Prior experience delivering lessons to children in a small group setting
- A commitment to child safety, learning, and wellbeing
- Punctual, professional, and reliable
