4myschools are looking for a Lower KS2 Teacher to work at a primary school in Ware, Hertfordshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lower KS2 Teacher to join our warm and supportive primary school in Ware, Hertfordshire. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate educator to work with Year 3 and Year 4 students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and creative environment. This is a full time role with a September 2025 start for at least one year. There is the potential to go temp – perm for the right candidate.
Responsibilities as a Lower KS2 Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons for Lower KS2 pupils (Year 3 and Year 4).
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic progress.
- Monitor and track students’ development, providing targeted support where necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum and participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Lower KS2 (Year 3 and Year 4) is desirable, but not essential.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
