- Pay: £76 – £85 per day, £76 – £425 per week depending on rate and number of days worked
4myschools has several exciting opportunities to work with children in Halstead based Primary Schools as a LSA TA.
These vacancies are ideal for someone with previous experience of the role or for aspiring Educators, Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Social Workers! We can match you to a child whose needs align with your skills and experience.
As an LSA TA, your support and guidance will shape the children’s educational experiences, empowering them to unlock their full potential. You will work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including teachers, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, and social workers. This exposure will provide you with valuable insights and a holistic understanding of supporting children.

Requirements
We are looking for confident and proactive individuals, with an infectious enthusiasm for learning and supporting children. Shortlisted applicants will need:
A valid an enhanced child workforce DBS ✔️
Eligibility to work in the UK or a valid VISA ✔️
Knowledge and experience of working with children (all sectors and industries considered) ✔️
Skills in adaptability and collaboration ✔️
Effective Communication Skills ✔️
