Our client, a secondary school near Braintree, Essex, is currently looking for a qualified Maths teacher to join their team. This full-time position will commence in September and run until Christmas, offering an excellent chance to make a significant impact on students’ learning journey.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school guidelines.
Cultivate a positive and interactive learning atmosphere, encouraging student participation and fostering a love for Maths.
Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with other Maths teachers, sharing resources, ideas, and best practices to enhance the overall learning experience.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and actively participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Specialism in Mathematics.
Demonstrated expertise in Maths and a genuine passion for teaching the subject.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
Ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Previous experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level is preferred, though not essential.
