Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with mental health needs. 👩🏫👨🏫
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. 📄✏️
- Support classroom teachers in managing and understanding students’ mental health challenges. 🧠💪
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students. 🌈👫
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and external mental health professionals. 📞👥
- Monitor and report on students’ progress and well-being. 📊📈
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions. 📚💼

Requirements:
