Qualified Nursery Nurse or L3 Teaching Assistant – We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse or Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery attached to a one-form entry primary school in Woodbridge. This term-time-only role offers the opportunity to work in a bright, inviting, and creative environment, where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.

About the Role:

Location: Nursery within a mainstream primary school, Woodbridge
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Class Size: 26 children in the morning; numbers decrease in the afternoon as children move between activities.
Learning Approach: Mornings: Teacher-led lessons
Afternoons: Child-led exploration and play-based learning
Outdoor Learning: The EYFS setting has a fantastic outdoor learning space, allowing children to free-flow between indoor and outdoor activities.

Requirements for the NN L3 TA Jobs Woodbridge:

Level 3 qualification in childcare (essential).
Experience working within the EYFS framework, conducting observations, and planning engaging learning activities.
A passion for early years education, creativity, and child development.

Previous experience in a school or nursery is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Enhanced DBS check.
