The Role:
We are seeking a Level 6 qualified Nursery Lead to take on a key role within a vibrant nursery setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire young learners, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote development in line with the EYFS framework.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children.
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain records and assessments to track children’s progress.
Requirements:
Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Passion for early childhood development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
