Are you a passionate and patient Learning Support Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford for a part-time LSA to cover maternity leave, starting Monday 2nd June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupils to aid learning and development.
- Assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in accessing the curriculum.
- Lunchtime duty cover from 12:00pm – 1:15pm, supporting positive play and safe environments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
- A calm, nurturing approach and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships.
- Open to ongoing training and development in the primary curriculum.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
