Are you a passionate and dedicated Part Time Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford (LSA) looking for a flexible, part-time role in a supportive school environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a fantastic school on a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension beyond August 2025.
Location: Chelmsford
Days: Monday & Friday (Full Days), Tuesday Afternoon (Occasional Wednesday Afternoon)
Contract: Fixed Term Until 31/08/2025 (Potential to Extend)
Pay: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
The Role:
As an LSA, you will:
Support students with their learning needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support in both group and one-to-one settings.
Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and behaviour support as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar role (preferred).
A passion for supporting children’s education and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
