We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Spanish Supply Teacher to join our school in Thetford, Norfolk, on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster a love of languages in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities for a Part-Time Spanish Supply Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Support students in developing their language skills, from beginner to more advanced levels
- Adapt lessons to meet the varying needs and abilities of students
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
- Work alongside the MFL department to support the school’s language curriculum
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A qualified teacher with a strong command of the Spanish language
- Experience teaching Spanish at Key Stage 3 and 4 is preferred
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable to different classroom environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to inspire and engage students with a passion for languages
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
