We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team in South Ockendon, starting September 2025.
🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📅 Start Date: September 2025
📍 Location: South Ockendon
📃 Contract: Temp to Perm
About The Role At This Primary School:
- Work closely with students in a mainstream primary setting
- Support children with SEMH and ADHD needs
- Use of a Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) as a safe, calm breakout space when required
- Collaborate with a well-established, nurturing team committed to inclusive education

Learning Support Assistant Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEMH and/or ADHD students (desirable but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Passion for inclusive education and helping every child thrive
