This exciting position has become available due to additional funding and is expected to continue through to July 2026, providing stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

🌟 Primary Cover Supervisor / HLTA Role:

As a Cover Supervisor / HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your key responsibilities will include:

Covering PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) time across year groups.
Providing first-day sickness cover where needed.
Delivering small group interventions for pupils with additional needs.
Supporting the school’s inclusive ethos and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.

Experience working across the primary age range.
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Strong classroom management skills and a flexible approach.
