4myschools are looking for a LSA to work at a Primary School in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a well-established primary school in King’s Lynn. This is a long-term supply role with both part-time and full-time opportunities available, offering you flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
As an LSA, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning, helping them achieve their full potential, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or part-time, this position provides a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education and supporting young learners.
Key Responsibilities for a Primary LSA:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students’ learning
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs
- Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe, positive learning environment
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback where necessary
- Support the creation of inclusive and engaging learning activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting, is desirable
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive, encouraging attitude
- A DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
