The Role:

Job Title: Science Teacher (Key Stages 3 and 4)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2023

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Science Teacher to join the Science department at a reputable school in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent results and inspiring a love of Science in their students. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of all learners. You will be committed to providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all students.

The school has an excellent reputation in the local area and was last graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Science or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience of teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
• A proven track record of delivering excellent results
• A passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
