💰 Salary: £85 – £90 per day (DOE)
📅 Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Role Overview:
As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students, including those with SEN or additional learning needs.
- Assist in the classroom, supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
- Support students in developing confidence and academic progress.
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual student needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and SENCOs to ensure student success.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people in an educational or support capacity (school, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, etc.).
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to support students across various subjects.
- A genuine passion for education and student development.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
