We are supporting a small, specialist SEMH school with the recruitment of Support Assistants to work closely with pupils who require emotional and behavioural support. The school provides a calm, structured, trauma-informed environment with small class sizes and a strong emphasis on relationships, wellbeing, and enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom.
The ideal candidate
This role would suit someone patient, resilient, and emotionally aware, with experience or interest in SEMH, behaviour support, youth work, or care. You should be confident supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups and committed to creating a safe, positive learning environment.
