Responsibilities of the SEN LSA Job Fakenham:
Assist students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Support individual learning plans, helping to implement strategies and interventions.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment to boost students’ confidence and independence.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and share insights on student development.
Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging learning environment.
Requirements for the SEN LSA Job Fakenham:
Experience working with children with SEN, either in a classroom or care setting.
A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Knowledge of specific SEN strategies and interventions is advantageous.
