We are excited to partner with a purpose-built, newly refurbished SEN 6th Form in Much Hadham, offering a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Teachers (QTS) to support young people aged 16–19 as they prepare for adulthood. This specialist setting supports students with a range of complex needs, each working towards personalised goals outlined in their EHCPs. The innovative, hands-on curriculum focuses on building practical life skills and independence, including real-world learning experiences such as placements in an affiliated charity shop. Whether you’re an experienced SEN professional or a primary/secondary teacher looking to transition into the SEND sector, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
