Hours: Monday: 08:30am – 1:15pm
Tuesday to Friday: 08:45am – 1:15pm
Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child’s learning journey?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Tollesbury, a friendly village with strong ties to the local community. This 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role is to support a child with complex additional needs, and may require a high level of intimate care. The position is part-time, term-time only and is offered on a fixed-term basis.
🌱 The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in early years settings or primary schools
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- GCSE pass (Grade 4/C or above) in Maths and English
- Able to work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans
- A patient, nurturing and flexible approach
