We are proud to be working in partnership with a number of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas, providing them with reliable, compassionate, and flexible Supply SEN Teaching Assistants. These schools cater to pupils with a diverse range of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and speech and language difficulties. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about inclusive education and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs in an educational, care, or support setting. Confidence working with pupils who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and a variety of learning and behavioural needs. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and emotional regulation. Flexibility to work across different schools and adapt to varying classroom environments and routines..
