Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable)
As SENCO, you will lead the school’s provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working closely with staff, students, families, and external agencies. You will ensure that all pupils with SEND are identified, supported, and able to achieve their full potential.
National Award for SEN Coordination
Proven experience of working with students with SEND at secondary level
A deep understanding of current SEND legislation and best practices
