An inclusive and supportive primary setting is looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant. You will work with pupils who require additional support, helping them engage in lessons and develop key skills. The role involves one-to-one support as well as assisting with small groups as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be caring, patient, and adaptable, with experience supporting pupils with SEND. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers to provide targeted support are essential..
