The Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children with SEND, including ADHD and ASD Calm, patient, and proactive approach to challenging behaviour Familiarity with visual aids such as PECS and visual timetables Manual handling training (or willingness to complete it) Team player with a positive and empathetic attitude Available to work Monday to Friday, term-time only.
