We have a role for an experienced SENDCo looking for a short-term opportunity within a small village school. This is a friendly one-form entry primary school that is looking for a SENCO to cover for the Autumn Term 2025. This is for two days per week, with flexibility on which days, offering a great opportunity for work-life balance or to complement an existing role. This is in a village location with just over 200 pupils, the school is known for its strong sense of community and supportive ethos. The school is already in a really good place in terms of One Plans.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards), and be passionate about inclusive education and experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs.
