The Role:
4myschools are working with a Secondary school in Chelmsford, Essex who are looking for a Teacher of Spanish to start in September. This is a full-time, long-term role that has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. The ideal Spanish Teacher will be able to teach up to KS4 and have excellent subject knowledge with the ability to keep lessons exciting, relevant, and enjoyable.
This Spanish Teacher role will suit both experienced and ECT teachers and they will be part of the positive and supportive Modern Foreign Language Department.
This is a friendly, happy, and supportive secondary school that is well known to 4myschools. They were graded Good in their most recent Ofsted inspection and is well liked by our teachers and the local community.
As the ideal Teacher of Spanish, you will:
- Have experience teaching up to Key Stage 4 with knowledge of curriculum and examination boards.
- Enjoy being part of a team and sharing ideas and materials.
- Have strong subject knowledge and can make lessons fun and engaging.
- Plan and prepare creative lessons.
- Strive to achieve excellent results and raise attainment.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have either UK or UK ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications plus UK experience.
- Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
