About Speech and Language Class Teacher Job:

• Full-time class teaching position within a specialist Speech and Language Provision (typically EYFS/KS1 pupils – Reception, Year 1 and Year 2).
• Work closely with a small, friendly class of pupils with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).
• Collaborate with an experienced on-site Speech and Language Therapist and a skilled team of support staff.
• Create a language-rich, engaging and emotionally secure learning environment.
• Help design and lead inclusive support plans, liaising with families and professionals.

What This School Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience with or a strong interest in working with pupils with SLCN, SEN or in early years settings.
• A nurturing, patient and proactive educator who values every child’s potential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
• Creative, flexible and able to bring joy, structure and innovation to learning.
