This is a Secondary School job.
We’re recruiting Daily Supply Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Southend. You’ll take charge of classrooms, deliver set work, and ensure students stay on task in the absence of their teacher. Each day brings new challenges and the chance to work in a variety of school settings.

The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be assertive, calm under pressure, and capable of managing behaviour confidently. A background in education, youth work, or similar fields is beneficial, but strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential..
