We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our client primary school team. This role involves working flexibly across different year groups, supporting pupils with a range of ages, abilities and learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate
We are seeking someone with previous classroom experience and, ideally, experience supporting children with SEND. Strong communication skills are essential, along with confident numeracy and literacy abilities to support learning effectively. This role requires someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to the needs of the day and contribute to a supportive, collaborative school community. If you are caring, enthusiastic and eager to make a meaningful difference in a child’s educational journey, we would love to hear from you.
