4myschools have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a job in Stevenage Hertfordshire! As a Teaching Assistant your primary focus will be supporting classroom activities and contributing to creating an overall positive and productive learning environment. This role will be on daily supply and have an immediate start.
Responsibilities of the TA Job Stevenage:
Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment.
Provide individual and small group support to students.
Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging educational materials.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements for the TA Job Stevenage:
GCSE’s or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Enhanced DBS.
