This is a SEN School job.
We are working with a SEN School in King’s Lynn who support both Primary and Secondary aged children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are recruiting SEN/ SEMH Teaching Assistants for the new academic year to support the students with their learning, SEN interventions, Deal with behavioural and special needs issues in conjunction with the teacher and Carry out a specific specialist responsibility (e.g. speech therapy) and support other staff in the school when help is needed in this area. This role is long term with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
- Contract Duration: Long term daily supply
- Contract Type: Long Term – Chance to go permanent 8am – 4pm
- Age groups: Primary & Secondary School
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with SEN children or adults, experience working in the care sector. Emotional and behavioural difficulties, in small groups. The work is intensive requiring flexibility, sensitivity, patience and resilience. Deliver SEN Interventions and support with individual care plans when required..
