The ideal candidate
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. You may work one-to-one, in small groups, or support whole-class learning depending on the needs of the school. Your role will involve helping pupils access learning, regulating emotions, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and nurturing learning environment..

Relevant experience or qualifications in education or childcare (desirable)
