Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant Job Swaffham:

Assisting the lead teacher with instructional tasks and classroom management.
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
Preparing instructional materials and resources.
Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement educational programs and interventions.
Assisting with administrative tasks, like grading and maintaining records.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant Job Swaffham:

GCSE’s or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
