Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching in Year 1, ensuring that children are challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Take on the leadership of a subject area, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement the curriculum.
Provide guidance and support to other staff members, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained across the school.

Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience of teaching in Key Stage 1.
Proven experience in subject leadership or a strong desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with staff, parents, and children.
A proactive approach to continuous professional development.</p>
