We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher Job to join a vibrant and well-respected primary school in Tilbury, providing maternity cover from late December/January. Year 3 Teacher in Tilbury Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ECT (Early Career Teacher) who is looking to further their experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3
– Plan and assess students’ learning progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a love for learning
– Work collaboratively with the wider school community, including teaching assistants, parents, and leadership teams
– Participate in school events and contribute to the school’s ethos and vision as a Year 3 Teacher

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally Year 3
– A commitment to creating a supportive, dynamic, and inspiring classroom
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
