We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Benfleet. This is a full-time role, although they are open to job share arrangements for the right candidates.

As part of this, they are fortunate to have a large, dedicated SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) support team, ensuring that all learners receive the support they need to thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire Year 4 pupils
Plan and implement a creative and challenging curriculum
Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment where all children can succeed
Collaborate with our experienced SEND team to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs
Maintain a high standard of assessment and feedback to support pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a qualified teacher with experience in primary education
Have a passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
Be committed to an inclusive and child-centred approach to education
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and SEND staff
