We are working on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brentwood to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2025. This position includes the support of a class-based Teaching Assistant to help deliver high-quality learning experiences.

About The Teaching Role:

Full-time teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class
Supported by a dedicated classroom Teaching Assistant
Planning and delivering a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum
Promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour
Working closely with colleagues and families to support pupil wellbeing and development

The Ideal Teacher Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 2
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
Be reflective, organised, and committed to professional development
Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
