Are you a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and caring school environment? We are seeking an outstanding individual to join the team as a Year 4 Teacher at a two-form entry school in Stourbridge.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
- Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters mutual respect and supports individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, ensuring they are informed of their child’s progress and any concerns.
