The Role:

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the education of young learners, helping to prepare them for their next steps in education. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing individualised support, and monitoring student progress to ensure they thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success and development of the school.
Ensure that students’ wellbeing is supported alongside their academic progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will hold QTS and have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 5.
You will have a passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners.
You will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
