Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles 🎨📖, and actively involve and challenge all students.
Foster an inclusive classroom culture where you support every child to thrive 🌱, recognize their individual needs, and celebrate their unique contributions.
Use assessment data to track progress and subsequently tailor learning to individual needs 📊, ensuring every child is progressing at their own pace.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to consistently ensure the best outcomes for students 🤝, creating a strong support network that empowers all learners.
Be a positive role model and inspire children to develop a love of learning 🌟, encouraging them to take ownership of their education.
Contribute to the wider school community and its extracurricular activities 🎭🏅, enhancing the overall school experience for all students.

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining it 🎓.
A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners 💖.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team 🗣️.
Experience or interest in working with a diverse range of children, including those with additional needs 💡.
A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment 🤗.
