We are supporting a Primary school near Witham with the recruitment of Teaching Assistants to join their growing team. The school provides a nurturing, trauma-informed environment for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs and has recently expanded into Key Stage Two, with further growth planned across primary and secondary phases.

• Contract Duration: Temp-Perm
• Contract Type: Long Term – Chance to go Long Term, Full Time – Hours: 08:15-3:15pm
• Age groups: Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4

The ideal candidate

We are looking for calm, patient, and compassionate Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH needs. You should be resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage with learning. Previous experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude and willingness to learn are key.
