Will my daily supply teacher mark the work?

Absolutely, we expect all our daily supply teachers to mark the work and leave handover.

How quickly can you provide staff?

We understand the urgency of school staffing needs and aim to provide suitable candidates as quickly as possible.

Are all candidates fully vetted?

Yes, all our candidates undergo a thorough vetting process, including enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, and safeguarding training. We are also REC accredited. You can see our policies here.

Can you support long-term as well as short-term placements?

Absolutely! We provide staff for day-to-day cover, long-term assignments, and permanent recruitment. We are here to meet your needs.

Do you cover SEN (Special Educational Needs) placements?

Yes, we have a pool of experienced SEN specialists who can provide tailored support to meet the needs of your students. Our dedicated SEN team will support you with any staffing needs.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of costs upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

How do I book staff?

What areas do you cover?

We support schools across Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes! Just as long as it isn't on the day of the booking, we need 24 hours notice.

Will you send confirmation with the details of the booking?

Yes, when the worker is booked, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with all the necessary information. The booking confirmation will satisfy all ofsted and single central record requirements.

What will a candidate bring with them on their first day?

Candidates will bring their DBS certificate and photographic ID with them the first time they come to your school.

What time will the daily supply teacher arrive?

Our supply teachers aim to arrive by 8:15am. If you need them to arrive at a different time, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
